Sobre nosotros

I specialize in applied health economic analysis and health financing to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of scarce public health resources and improve access to care.  I am highly motivated to pursue a PhD in Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp.

I believe this course of study will enable me to further my skills and effectiveness in applying quantitative research methods to inform and advance social health protection policy development and the expansion of universal health coverage in Cambodia.   I have over 20 years of demonstrated results in public health analysis, health economics, strategy and policy development, monitoring, evaluation, and applied research.
